In the beginning the stories were like ho...I agree! In the beginning the stories were like horror mysteries. I liked when she was busy solving the crime, looking for and fighting the bad guys and learning about the monsters that populate her world. Now its just what new character will be joining her in bed. I keep telling myself I'm not buying anymore of her books, but I keep hoping there might be a change. I should just borrow them from the library instead. It will be the last Anita Blake novel I will ever bother to read. it's interesting, I adore erotic writing, but for some reason I loved Anita way more when she was a prude than I do now that she's a total slut. Weird, huh? There just isn't enough on-screen time with the people I care about anymore, because Anita's busy having more and more sex with new people. Just.... tiresome.
