Why Reading Romance Novels Makes Women Smarter

Welcome Guest Author Misty Wright!

It might have something to do with women needing some enjoyment in their lives. The thrill of reading romance novels makes their lives more enjoyable and leads them to have a very sharp and intuitive mind. Not only do men connect reading these books to their own lives and become happier, but women do, too; because of this, they become more addicted to reading romance novels. Women become more emotional when reading books, which leads them to become smarter than men in terms of knowing how to have a good relationship.

Romance novels are about things happening in our real world. There is a realistic world within romance novels, and there is much more meaning to understand from these books than just the enjoyment of using the imagination. There are so many couples today who become cold with their partner, but because we now understand the meaning of love, and how women can become smarter, we consider reading romance novels to be part of the strong foundation of a relationship. They are not just women in the world, but they are also part of a man’s life. Because of reading novels, many women become advisors of many organizations, families, communities, couples and teenagers. Only women can understand the way a novel works in their own lives. From these books, they learn that they can escape problems and conquer all challenges. Most of us go through our daily lives on winding road. We fall from so many obstacles in our lives that we become hopeless, but women overcome all of this.

Reading romance novels is the best appetite for every woman to have, because it gives them a new world of hope and excitement. It is just like a challenge for them. Romance novels take every woman into an imaginary world that motivates them to stand firm. We must understand how women love reading novels, because it might be the newest women in the world who needs to be strong, and it is not just like before. Women’s emotions are something we don’t understand, but sometimes it enlightens us regarding how they handle this. Teenagers are mostly fanatic about romance novels and they are so exciting to go inside the world of the book. They have a higher level of enjoyment and happiness.

I find that romance novels work to refresh you emotionally. When you are stressed or tired, reading a novel helps you think about what makes for good relationships. Romance novels are one of the best books to emphasize your womanliness and to influence you to think in a positive manner. Romance novels remind you of a similar character that you will change, and that’s the meaning where you'll find happiness. The absolute meaning of every romance is so different in the real world; it is you who wants to find the exact kind of happiness you desire.

When I started listening to comments from every woman I encounter, I noticed that the ones who read are smarter. They believe that being a smart woman is not about what you feel, but it’s about what you experience and learn from the past. Smart girls don't read romance novels just to have fun; they also read to learn more. Romance novels take women’s excitement into the next level. It builds a strong relationship and gets women ready to mingle. Authors use every line of prose within a romance novel in a unique and sexually exciting way to encourage each woman’s mind to accept any learning and direction. In the same situation, smart girls not only read romance novels, but they also write romance novels. Many women do this to express their feelings. We lead the woman in what they want according to what might be helpful for them.

Blood Rush Cover Reveal

I'm so excited to reveal the cover for my friend and fellow author Ash Krafton's brand new book! If you haven't read Ash's debut novel, Bleeding Hearts, you still have time to check it out and get caught up with the Demimonde before the sequel hits the shelves in 2013!

Blood Rush
(Demimonde #2)

Sophie doesn’t believe in happily ever after. These days, she’d settle for alive after sunrise.

Advice columnist and newly-appointed oracle to the demivampire, Sophie Galen has more issues than a Cosmo collection: a new mentor with a mean streak, a werewolf stalker she can’t shake, and a relationship with her ex’s family that redefines the term complicated. And then there’s her ex himself, who is more interested in playing leader of the vampire pack than in his own salvation.

Becoming a better oracle is tough enough, but when Sophie encounters a deadly enemy – one she never dreamed of facing – it will take everything she’s ever learned in order to survive.

Ash Krafton is a writer of all things spec fic. She believes spectacular endings make the best beginnings… Why not? One billion black holes can’t be wrong. Her first novel BLEEDING HEARTS: Book One of the Demimonde was published in March 2012. The manuscript earned finalist distinction in several Romance Writers of America 2011 competitions and has been awarded several other awards. In addition to novel-length fiction, Ash enjoys writing poetry and short prose, some of which earned big ups by CNW/FFWA in 2008 and 2011 as well as the Abilene Writers Guild in 2010. Ms. Krafton made her publishing debut in Spring 2009 when her poetry appeared in Poe Little Thing; her work has since appeared in several other journals including Niteblade, Ghostlight Magazine, The Skyline Review, and Silver Blade. One of her poems was selected as a Pushcart prize nominee. She’s a Published Member of Pennwriters and is co-editor of her area’s WordPress blog. She also contributes to Query Tracker’s blog. Ash resides with her family in a rural town in the heart of the Pennsylvania anthracite coal region. She’ll never leave, either, because coal is just another example of a spectacular ending waiting for a brilliant beginning. (It’s kinda fitting.) And because, like a black hole, once you’re in… you can never get out..
